Terms and Conditions

 

1. At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register and present at the conference in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings.

 

2. For regular attendants, non-presenters, please directly register.

 

3. Proof of student status: Students are required to present valid student identification by scanned copy student ID and email to icps2015@ku.ac.th.

 

4. Fees must be paid in US Dollars or Thai baht only.

 

5. Cancellation: a 75 USD/ 2500 THB service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment including the registrant’s signature and should be scanned copy and email to  icps2015@ku.ac.th. Requests for refunds that are received by 25 June 2015 will be honored. All refund requests must be made in writing.
